UCCCJSD SUPERINTENDENT, STEVE JONES

Please welcome Steve Jones as our new Superintendent. He is starting his 29th year in education. Steve has spent the past 7 years in Richmond Community Schools as an elementary principal with his last stop at Charles Elementary before moving into the Director of Operations for Richmond Community Schools. He and his wife Kristen have three children Hayden 25, Jensen 22, and Addisen 19, and two dogs (both rescued). When he is not working, he enjoys the outdoors, college football, and spending time with his family.
He is very excited to be in the Union County College Corner School District. He loves small towns and the feeling of family and community that come with it. People truly care about each other and they honor and respect the past as they move toward the future. When asked about becoming a Patriot he said simply, “ I am honored to serve this amazing community. Together, we will continue building on the district’s strong traditions while preparing our students for success in a changing world.”
